Introduction

The fruit pulper can make vegetables and fruits into juice and separate the kernels, seeds and thin skins. Commercial fruit pulpers are specially designed for stone fruits and can be divided into single-pass and double-pass fruit pulpers. Carota mainly uses double-pass fruit pulpers, which can be used alone or in large-scale juice production lines.

Working Principle

The slurry first enters the first process from the feeding port. After repeated shearing, squeezing, impact and other multiple actions of the attacking blade, smaller slurry particles are formed. Then it enters the second process and is attacked again by the attacking blade. The repeated shearing, squeezing, impacting and other multiple actions of the leaves make the slurry particles more uniform and fine. Finally, the formed slurry flows out of the double-pass beater through the discharge port.
